Wickenburg Ranch Story

Picture a flowing array of brilliant stars across the open night sky; the desert mountain peaks backing the nationally recognized lush golf courses; the brilliant palette of an Arizona sunset reflecting off the lakes at Li’l Wick; the sounds of social chatter around the tennis courts and fire pits; and the crystal-clear ping of a golf ball from tee boxes along the foothills.

Wickenburg Ranch was designed at the junction of these sights and sounds to pave your creation of a new, exceptional lifestyle you’ve earned and the stunning place you’ll proudly call home. From customizable homes, to one-of-a-kind resort-lifestyle amenities, boundless hiking trails, and culinary delights in the working kitchen, Wickenburg Ranch’s heart and soul encompasses a freeing tranquility shared with recapturing the lost charm of a neighborly handshake and hello.

Close enough to live away from it all, Wickenburg Ranch is only a short hour drive from the Phoenix-metro area, a few hours from Las Vegas, minutes from Lake Pleasant, and on the doorstep of the historic Town of Wickenburg. Just six miles from Wickenburg Ranch lives a 200-year-old mesquite tree serving as Wickenburg’s town marker, a taste of the 1800s Old West traditions that embrace the Native-American heritage, former gold-rush dreamers, national rodeo tournaments, and the lush banks of the Hassayampa River.

Wickenburg Ranch provides residents who have a pioneering spirit the chance to create the spectacular life they want, all within the cozy desert mountains of the Old West. It’s a community that enriches what makes your house your home, your neighbor your friend, and your dream your life.

The Development Partners

Wickenburg Ranch is the result of the shared vision between Phoenix’s M3 Companies and Trilogy by Shea Homes®, a Scottsdale-based Active Lifestyle Communities division, with considerable assistance provided by industry leading partners from Greey|Pickett, H&S International, Design Lines interior design, and others. The roster of successful projects in this team’s history is too long to list, but recent examples of success in Arizona include Encanterra Country Club in San Tan Valley and Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria. Shea Homes® is also thrilled to partner with the master developer of Wickenburg Ranch to help create the vision of this incomparable community in Wickenburg. A project of this quality and magnitude requires an all-star team, and such is the case here at Wickenburg Ranch.
