October has been declared National Seafood Month, and in its honor, our Executive Chef is hosting a cooking demonstration focusing on the products of the ocean. Join our Chef Jonathan to learn how to clean and cook whole salmon, the proper way to cook scallops, and the art of shucking oysters. Included in your ticket price is a glass of house wine or draft beer, and a small sampling to accompany each lesson. $15 plus tax and service charge.
