Picture a flowing array of brilliant stars across the open night sky; the desert mountain peaks backing the nationally recognized lush golf courses; the brilliant palette of an Arizona sunset reflecting off the lakes at Li’l Wick; the sounds of social chatter around the tennis courts and fire pits; and the crystal-clear ping of a golf ball from tee boxes along the foothills.
Wickenburg Ranch was designed at the junction of these sights and sounds to pave your creation of a new, exceptional lifestyle you’ve earned and the stunning place you’ll proudly call home. From customizable homes, to one-of-a-kind resort-lifestyle amenities, boundless hiking trails, and culinary delights in the working kitchen, Wickenburg Ranch’s heart and soul encompasses a freeing tranquility shared with recapturing the lost charm of a neighborly handshake and hello.
Close enough to live away from it all, Wickenburg Ranch is only a short hour drive from the Phoenix-metro area, a few hours from Las Vegas, minutes from Lake Pleasant, and on the doorstep of the historic Town of Wickenburg. Just six miles from Wickenburg Ranch lives a 200-year-old mesquite tree serving as Wickenburg’s town marker, a taste of the 1800s Old West traditions that embrace the Native-American heritage, former gold-rush dreamers, national rodeo tournaments, and the lush banks of the Hassayampa River.
Wickenburg Ranch provides residents who have a pioneering spirit the chance to create the spectacular life they want, all within the cozy desert mountains of the Old West. It’s a community that enriches what makes your house your home, your neighbor your friend, and your dream your life.

A project of this quality and magnitude requires an all-star team, and such is the case here at Wickenburg Ranch.
