With so many activities and events, you may want to leave the Thanksgiving cooking to the Chefs of Wickenburg Ranch. Or maybe you’d rather cook in your new kitchen with friends and family. Either way, you don’t want to miss another year of holiday fun for the entire family.
This season is shaping up to be our best one ever. Here’s what our members are looking forward to this month in Wickenburg.

Alvea Spa
During the holidays, you want to relax and indulge. Alvea Spa offers all the extravagance of a resort with the convenience of being in your backyard. Pamper yourself massage therapy, body wraps and buffs, specialty facials, full hair and nail salon, indoor and outdoor relaxation rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a Movement Studio offering a variety of group fitness classes, and the beautiful Resort Pool.
Outdoors
As we head into the winter season and the weather cools down, it’s the perfect time to get outdoors and revel in the desert beauty. Wickenburg Ranch is crisscrossed with miles of walking and hiking trails called The Pioneer Trails. These trails wind through each neighborhood, bringing a morning hike or evening stroll to your doorstep. You can spend hours exploring the area and drinking in the beautiful views of the Wickenburg Mountains.
Courts & Sports
Wickenburg Ranch has an outdoor sports complex with pickleball, tennis, Bocce ball, and horseshoes courts. If you’d rather watch, the sports complex features raised seating where you can sit back and enjoy with a glass of wine.
Golf
We are happy to have members back out playing golf after our overseeding efforts. Our golf professional team looks forward to providing a full assortment of clinic opportunities for all skill levels. In addition, our golf professional team will be hosting various demo days for golf members to test out all the premier golf club brands, like Callaway, Ping, Taylor Made, Titleist, Mizuno, PXG and Tru Spec Golf custom golf fitting.
Clubs
Wickenburg Ranch is a “family of friends.” Our members have established almost forty clubs and special interest groups for like-minded people with a shared passion for life, who love connecting with each other, and who make having fun a priority. So whether you’re a pickleball expert, a photo bug, or an avid knitter, we likely have the club for you.
Lifestyle Events
Fall Craft Fair
Members support their friends and neighbors by shopping at our Fall Craft Fair in the Event Hall. Our Membership has a knack for creating quality pieces like wooden toys and sculptures, jewelry, pottery, photography, and more. This is the perfect event to find holiday gifts for loved ones.
Mustang Shops’ Til She Drops
Board your horse-drawn carriage at the Community Center in downtown Wickenburg for a kaleidoscopic shopping adventure like none other. While sipping champagne, members will be whisked away with the sounds of crooner Ron Rose and his melodic guitar and harmonica. Shopping stops include Ryanstone Cowgirl, HoneyPot, Sweet Somethings, Rusty Rooster, Sage Gallery, and Serape Bleu. Serape Bleu will host lunch on their beautiful patio. It’s a great way to start Christmas shopping, get some fashion tips, and support the local businesses of Wickenburg.
Stock Your Cellar
Members will try new varietals or restock old favorites for themselves and those on their gift list at our annual Stock Your Cellar event. Wine purveyors are present with catalogs to order and complimentary tastings.
Chef Jon’s Spin on Thanksgiving Side Dishes
Members make it a Thanksgiving meal to remember with the help of Wickenburg’s own Chef Jonathan. The upcoming monthly cooking demonstration will be all about our head chef’s not-so-traditional take on some well-known holiday side dishes. Jake’s Spoon will also be preparing turkey and sides for pick up on the morning of Thanksgiving Day.
